If the hoses are tested and approved, we will add the corresponding test certificates to the shipment.

Yes, we have a special test team for testing at your location.

Mees’ test team has registered high pressure inspectors as low pressure vacuum inspectors.
Can we order hoses with different lengths?
Yes we can supply custom made hoses as well as short lengths.

ASSEMBLY & TEST HALL
Assembly of hoses and couplings
Would you like to have the hoses, couplings, clamps and hose clips assembled? We will be happy to arrange this for you. Any length is possible.
Testing of hoses and couplings
We will test your hoses and couplings if necessary. For this purpose we have, among other things, a high-pressure testing station up to 4,000 bar; especially for hydraulic and ultra-high-pressure hoses. In our own water pressure testing facility, we can test industrial low-pressure hoses. The test station can test hoses of any length and delivers 140 bar of pressure. We employ one registered high-pressure inspector and two registered low-pressure vacuum inspectors.
Test certificates also online
After testing according to protocol and approval of the hoses, we enclose the test certificate with the shipment. The approved hoses and couplings are given a unique number and are therefore always traceable. With your personal login code you can view all hoses in circulation at any time online. You can check test dates, expiry dates and download and print certificates.
Customisation
Customisation is also in good hands with us. We produce exactly what you send us in a drawing. The hoses are labelled with a production date and batch number for identification purposes.
Tests on location
Do your hoses need to be periodically tested and certified? On request, we will test at your location. This ensures the safety and continuity of your business.
