At Mees van den Brink we have more than 40 years of experience in the chemical sector. All chemical hoses are manufactured in accordance with, or exceed, EN13765 and are supplied together with an inspection and test certificate. Our modern assembly departments can provide hoses with crimp sleeves, (special) safety clamps or customized couplings. Our range also includes dry-break couplings, preventing leaks and the associated harm to people and the environment. Apart from dry-break couplings, we also offer break-away couplings, allowing damage to be prevented if the hose is disconnected too late.

Mees van den Brink has a digital hose registration system. Thanks to this system, you can consult the specifications for your hoses at any time and retrieve the associated test certificates. We offer laser engraving to ensure that essential information is shown on the hose.

Rubber chemical hoses

Mees van den Brink has rubber chemical hoses suitable for a very large number of chemicals such as most industrial acids, leaching solutions, bases, alkalis, hydrocarbons and solvents. These rubber chemical hoses are also suitable for polar solvents.

And these rubber chemical hoses can also be used for high-end applications in the food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and biological industries. The combination of PFA and silicone makes a number of these chemical hoses particularly suitable for high temperatures. Electrical conductivity is a requirement in many applications, and our conductive inner hoses have been specially developed for filling machines and have a black UPE conductive tube. Another rubber chemical hose variant, thanks to the combination of PTFE, steel inlays and a white silicone cover, is especially suitable for the transport of chemical products, gases and steam. Stainless steel chemical hoses are suitable for gaseous and liquid media, which may be chemically aggressive, corrosive, or at very high or low temperatures. Stainless steel chemical hoses are also available with no braiding, with double braiding and in an extra-flexible version.
